P1 Rewards – Terms & Conditions
P1 Rewards Credit is available in accordance with the applicable P1 Rewards level and offer.
The original credit purchased is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Any bonus credit provided as part of a P1 Rewards offer is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase/top-up, unless otherwise stated.
Bonus credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded.
No further discounts or promotional offers can be applied when using P1 Rewards Credit.
P1 Rewards Credit can only be used for eligible purchases and activities at P1 Entertainment Complex and is subject to availability and applicable conditions.
P1 Rewards Credit cannot be used to purchase another P1 Rewards package or top-up unless otherwise approved by management.
P1 Rewards Credit is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
P1 Rewards Credit must not be shared, resold or transferred unless approved by P1 Entertainment Complex.
P1 Entertainment Complex reserves the right to amend or withdraw the P1 Rewards program, including its benefits, terms and conditions, at any time.
